We use the information you provide about yourself when requesting a booking only for the purposes of that event. We do not share this information with outside parties except when requested by you to accomodate outside vendors requested by you, or the other ministers in our group, and only in that way.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties unless you the customer requests it.    

We do not use data mining or any other misleading activities for any reason anywhere at any time. Your information will be collected for the purposes of the event only and removed from our systems afterwards.

Finally, we may request permission to use your images, qoutes and first names, as seen on our gallery pages for content. Of course you the customer has the final say in this matter and can at any time deny parts-of or all-of any involvement with the website.    top

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18. Furthermore, images of the ceremony and children within the ceremony may be allowed or dis-allowed by you the customer at any time for any reason.
